Visit Erdene zuu monastery in Karakhorum-was the ancient capital in
the time of the Mongol empire during the 13-14th centuries. There
is a Naadam Festival Extension in connection with the early July camel
ride (on June 26-July 10)-attendance at Naadam, the largest and most

Comment
about Mongolian Conditions: Your tour involves some days
of travelling off the beaten track, with long road journeys by 4WD
transport over difficult terrain. Outside Ulaanbaatar, accommodation
is in traditional Gers which are circular tents. Facilities are
fairly basic, each Ger contains 2 beds, a wood stove, bedding, and
a simple chest. Hot water is not always available.
Accommodation in the countryside: Most tourists will stay
in specially constructed gers camps. These camps provide accommodation
in the round felt houses used by nomads and usually have separate
toilet, washing and restaurant facilities.
Group Size in Mongolia: With less than 2
passengers, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
Not
included: International air, any circumstances beyond of
our control, such as the imposition of quarantine restrictions,
weather conditions, changes in your arrival/departure flights, the
Mongolian poor roads conditions, etc. |
