GENERAL JAPAN TOURS CONDITIONS:
*Origen: Tokyo or Osaka, Japan-The International Airfare is not included in the land cost of our tours.
*Bookings: accepted from parties of two or more persons.
*Validity: This Tariff is valid for one year from March 2008 to December 31, 2008.
*Prices: All prices in this Tariff are in Japanese Yen or in Euro or in $ US per person.
*Payment: Full Payment by bank wire transfer only shall be made 45 working days prior to the tour's arrival, unless a special payment agreement is made in advance.
*Cancellation If cancellation notice is given: 24 days or more prior to the tour's arrival No charge
23 days to 8 days prior to the tour's arrival in Japan: 50% of total tour fare
7 days to the tour's arrival in Japan: 100% of total tour-No Show
*Free Tours: One free tour is offered for every sixteen (16) paying members in Twin room only with the maximum of three (3) free tours per group.
*Clothes: We recommend casual attire and comfortable shoes as the program includes a walking tour, and bringing a topcoat or other warm clothing in March, April, October and November.
