Hotels in Ulaanbaatar are 4* and 5*, and accommodations in the interior of Mongolia are in the typical tourist Ger camps (fixed felt tents, the dwellings of the nomads, spacious and equipped for tourists, with bathrooms located outside—shared, one building for men and one building for women). All Gers tourist camps have restaurants.
If clients wish to stay in a Deluxe Ger with a private bathroom in the Gobi Desert and in Karakorum (Central Mongolia), it is necessary to add the supplement indicated in the net price table. In the other parts of the route through Mongolia’s interior, Deluxe Gers with private bathrooms are not available.
In some Gers tourist camps in the interior of Mongolia, electricity is sometimes cut off starting at 10 or 12 at night. It is advisable to keep this in mind when planning battery recharges, etc.
Hotel check-in time in Ulaanbaatar is at 2:00 PM (14:00). Early check-in is not included. Hotel check-out time in Ulaanbaatar is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out is not included.
Travel through the interior of Mongolia: These are done privately in comfortable Japanese 4×4 vehicles or similar with our Mongolian-speaking drivers (Weight Limit: 15 kg per person). Excess luggage must be left free of charge at the hotel in Ulaanbaatar before departure into the interior. Samar Magic Tours reserves the right to change vehicles depending on the group. Under no circumstances will we accept claims for these causes, nor will they entitle travellers to refunds.

The price of the trip is established in the program. The price is single and fixed for all travellers. There are no artificial discounts or hidden surcharges. Payment deadlines are established in stages, from the first payment (which guarantees the reserved spot) to the final one. A schedule of cancellation penalties is provided, in the event that a traveller gives up their place.
Each destination has its own documentation and entry requirements. From the very beginning, travellers receive information about visas or permits necessary for their trip. Samar Magic Tours takes care of all administrative matters, including visas where required.
Our Mongolia tours start and end in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. International flights are not included. You need to manage your own international flights from the beginning of the year to guarantee your flights and inform us in advance.

In the interior of Mongolia: Single Ger accommodation cannot be guaranteed. You must stay in a Ger with 2–3–4 beds with other group members of the same gender. For this, it is important to inform us that you wish to share, as early as possible.
Of course. This is better for everyone. We travel as a group and must respect certain minimum standards of behaviour. These are common sense: seat assignments on the bus, punctuality, tipping, etc. Nothing new for responsible travellers.
